Bloom Care is a Healthtech focused on families and with that our challenge was how to transform this idea of caring for the family into a viable and interesting product for the market.
With a support service for families in the early childhood journey, which goes from pregnancy to the child's 6 years. Bloom offers reception through relevant content and varied services, such as teleconsultation with specialists.
For companies, the offer promotes the physical and mental health of fathers and mothers, which helps them attract and retain talent, accelerate a business's gender equality and improve performance. Natura, for example, has already made the Bloom service available to 26,000 consultants and has seen an improvement in the relationship between mothers and children with this support:
– 94% of consultants are more satisfied with motherhood (24 p.p. increase);
– 87% spend more time taking care of themselves (34 p.p increase).
The process for product and brand development started through a design sprint. With this methodology, we were able to put the brand and the product design on the same table of ideas. The conversation has always been focused on the end user and how we can develop a product that makes sense to the end user.
After discussions and a lot of ideation, we arrived at what would be the ideal product for our user and because it is a family health product, it is constantly improving.
