About the project

This project was created with the need to build a digital platform designed for caregivers and family members. The construction was divided between these two profiles, External: Family members and Internal: Caregivers. This made it possible to develop an experience designed for the type of user, with different usability but maintaining the same objective, which was to have assertive communication about the resident's health.

Working with steakholders

After understanding the profiles, data and gathering insights, an exercise was carried out with everyone involved in the project to generate ideas and get everyone on the same page in relation to what we wanted to achieve as a team.

It was an exercise carried out on Mural, where we dedicated 4 hours of work to understand what the exact ideas would be for each profile and what features would be prioritized. This creative agenda was made up of business people, designers, developers and content specialists.

The search for inspiration was directed in a way where we considered more abstract references until reaching more direct references.

The Platform

After going through phases of understanding, research, searching for references and prioritization, the MatrixCare platform was created.
